Before you write

Include the email on your Naad account, your device (iPhone / Android), and a short description of what happened. That helps us help you faster.

Account

You can sign out or permanently close your account from Profile in the app. Steps, and what is deleted or kept, are on Delete your Naad account. Account closure cannot be undone.
