Who we are
Naad is operated by Rali Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore. By using Naad you agree to these terms.
Using Naad
Naad helps you track your own practice. Goals and entries are yours to set and change; use it in the way that supports your practice.
Not a religious authority
Naad is a personal tool, not a religious authority. It is not affiliated with any Gurdwara, Takht or institutional body unless we say so explicitly. It does not provide religious instruction, and defaults such as Amrit Vela windows or bani sets are starting points you can change — interpretations vary.
Not medical advice
Sleep, wake and any health-related information in the app is for your own reflection and is not medical advice.
Your alarm
Please keep using your normal alarm for waking. iOS does not allow a third-party app to replace the system alarm; Naad sends a gentle reminder alongside it, not in place of it.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email. You may permanently close your account at any time from within the app; closure cannot be undone.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app grows. Material changes will be surfaced in the app.
